Barback
The Barback position will work for our entertainment bar venue and will be responsible for assisting Bartenders in all opening, closing and nightly duties. Responsible for maintaining clean bars, stocking, and cleanliness of silverware, glassware, and dishes and supplying service bar with food for a high-volume restaurant and/or nightclub. Assists the department head with the training/mentoring of new employees as requested. Maintains all assigned wardrobe in accordance with established standards. Interacts with customers creating a high-energy and entertaining interactive environment. Works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times.

  • Place all trash in proper receptacles
  • Polish and wash glassware throughout shift

  • Related duties as assigned based on extensive experience working in an Entertainment Bar Venue

Busperson
The position is responsible for assisting the servers in all duties. Responsible for maintaining their section and the restaurant in all aspects of stocking and cleanliness. Maintains all assigned wardrobe/costumes in accordance with established standards and uniform guidelines; works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service always.

Perform all assigned duties as detailed in your opening, afternoon and closing checklists
Set and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turntables
Attend pre-shift briefings and any scheduled meetings as directed by management
Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, menus, price range and dress code of assigned outlet
Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations and table.
Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
Effectively communicate with management to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
Perform daily cleaning jobs assigned to you in a thorough and timely manner
Ensure that all necessary stock is being replenished during the shift
Clean tables, chairs, restaurant floors, walls, woodwork, furniture, shelves, inside and outside of side stations and any other areas of the restaurant as specified on your checklists thoroughly and daily
Clear guest tables after each course and reset with appropriate settings
Wipe tabletops clean and ensure that floor/banquette are clean always
Serve water to guests and continuously top-off waters
Replace condiments and some side-items as necessary
Follow the order of service issued during training
Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
Clean tools and work surfaces you use (black clothes, sinks, shelves, and surfaces, cupboards, etc.) throughout your shift as needed
Clean and dry spillages, following our standards, immediately upon occurrence; never leave spills unattended
Move furniture as directed by management, including but not limited to tables, chairs, barstools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, equipment, etc.
Ensure that any breakage is reported and recorded at the end of every shift using the breakage form provided
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
Replenish wares inside stations throughout shift
Maintain complete knowledge of proper table/tray setups
Complete closing duties as assigned
Buff/polish all silverware and glasses as directed by management
Stock up the restaurant’s side stations and expo line for the shift to specified par levels (glasses, cutlery, plates, condiments, napkins, teacups, teapots, sugar bowls, wiping cloths, trays, etc.); Make sure all equipment is clean and in good condition and continue replenishing stock throughout your shift
Prepare trash bins for service and maintenance throughout shift
Change trash bags, napkin bags, etc. as appropriate throughout your shift
Refill water pitchers for service and maintenance throughout shift
Change sanitation buckets every two hours or as needed (if applicable)
Ensure ice buckets are properly filled every two hours or as needed
Be fully conversant with every aspect of the Company’s emergency procedures, Company’s policies and procedures within the employee handbook
Use all chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and venue requirements

EVS/Janatorial Attendants
The EVS Attendant is responsible for ensuring their assigned areas and restrooms are clean in accordance with Home Hospitality cleaning standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning of assigned areas in accordance with established work schedules as assigned by your Supervisor.
Thoroughly clean all areas and restrooms according to Home Hospitality procedures
Empties waste containers and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes supplies in restrooms per housekeeping procedures.
Conducts walkarounds of assigned areas to assure that the areas are always in compliance with EVS/Cleaning standards.
Reports maintenance repair problems to Supervisor.
Ensures all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis.
Ensures that all sanitation guidelines are maintained.
Maintains and operates equipment utilized during an assigned shift in a safe manner that promotes the safety of others in the immediate work area.
Ensures that all storage areas/rooms and work areas are neat, clean and organized.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Working knowledge of various cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures
Ability to follow directions and instructions

Physical Requirements:

Hostess/Runner
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Host Person position is responsible for meeting, greeting, and seating guests, in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Host Person seats guests and manages the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience. The Host Person will also be responsible for answering the phone and taking, tracking, and organizing reservations, to-go orders, and special requests. Have fun and make friends!!!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must exhibit focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.
Able to write and speak in a confident manner.
Greet all guests warmly.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience with taking reservations a plus.
Recent experience as a hostess.
Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (include but are not limited to)
Approaches guest and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
Constantly provides guests with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each.
Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team members need when the opportunity arises.
Maintains knowledge of the venue floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per venue management’s instruction.
Communicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requests.
Ensure work area is in compliance with the Philadelphia health codes at all times.

PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum 6-hour shift.
Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.

Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher
The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining the venues clean always. Clean, sanitize and organize all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, flatware and silverware. Dish machine break down and cleaning. Clean, maintain and sanitize the entire kitchen.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Maintain the highest level possible of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility, which will meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local standards
Comply with all safety and health department procedures
Set-up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery/equipment properly and safely and store it in its proper place
Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room and kitchen areas in restaurants where applicable
Scrape/spray all ware before placing in ware-washing machine
Rack all plates and glassware according to dish room standards. Ensure all ware is clean and sanitary before removing from dish room areas
Take out trash as needed
Sweep all debris from the floor and maintain the floor dry and free of spills
Pick up all soiled cups and take it to the back of the house to be washed
Pick up all debris and trash (bottles, napkins, etc.) and dispose appropriately. Clean all biohazard spills in a timely manner while observing health and venue guidelines
Practice proper food handling procedures
Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas
Efficiently work with materials and/or resources being aware of and minimizing costs and expenses
Maintain equipment quality through preventative maintenance and cleaning
Attention to detail on areas of grease, grime, proper storage, stacking heights, chemical usage and storage, etc.
Ensure bus tubs are kept level and not filled to overflowing with glassware and dishware
Assist with loading/unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes, food and beverage product
Working knowledge of product identification
Assist in set-up, service, and break down of areas as assigned for banquets
Responsible for maintaining the workstation in a neat and orderly fashion
Follow cleaning schedule and closing list thoroughly
Communicate effectively on all levels. Report problems and concerns with machinery to the Chef
Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Home and/or departmental policies/procedures

Model Marketing Bartender
The Model Marketing Bartender expedites guests’ drink orders and mixes and prepares and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to all Guests in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub atmosphere. Markets the venues and services offered to a targeted Guest’s base. Focuses on the development of a personal clientele list. Performs in a public relations capacity when promoting The Company. Answer questions about food, beverages, and other Company functions and services. Inform guests of specials and menu changes
Take orders for beverages from guests
Responsible for accurately checking guest identification

Communicate orders through POS terminal immediately

Model Marketing Bottle Server
Model Marketing Bottle Server is responsible for beverage service of all VIP tables and seating areas in the assigned venue. Maintains all assigned wardrobe/costumes in accordance with established standards. Markets the nightclub, restaurant and lounge, and services offered to customers. Focuses on the development of a personal clientele list. Performs in a public relations capacity when promoting the company and venue. Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned and works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times. Set and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turntables
Attend pre-shift briefings and any scheduled meetings as directed by management

Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, table, and POS Stations

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Accountable for the set-up, operation, and strike of all audiovisual sets. Ensure the maximum in client service, operational efficiency and profitability levels.
Required Technical Skills (minimum):
Audio – microphones, speakers, sound systems, channel mixers, etc.
Video – Videowall, projectors, screens, monitors, etc.
Lighting – Experience with programming and operating intelligent lighting is a plus (specifically Hog consoles).
Computers – Advanced knowledge of PC software.

VIP Marketing Host
The VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. The position will report to all scheduled duties promptly and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction. The position is responsible for effectively handling guest complaints and discrepancies, assuring all guests are dealt with efficiently and courteously.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Acts as an ambassador of the venue, marketing the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base
Actively markets the venue through available social media outlets.
Is aware of the impact individual behavior will have on the venue as a whole, presents oneself as a public relations agent at all times
Welcome and entertain all customers to the venue professionally and courteously, according to the established venue sequence of service.
All assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks must be completed per management’s requests maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons
Be attentive to all company-related events and upcoming venues and changes
Maintain and meet all marketing requirements such as guest list, contact information forms, Facebook invites and bulletins
